Ordering and Shipping



At Shop.Jabra.com, we guarantee fast shipping. Why? Because we know how frustrating it can be to find the product you've been looking for—and have to wait weeks for it to arrive. That's why we ship 90% of our orders the same day we receive them. Take a moment to browse our shipping and ordering policies below.
 

Ordering deadlines
Shop.Jabra.com processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Friday, EST, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Saturday delivery:
Overnight delivery for orders placed on Friday to be delivered on Saturday will require an extra charge (additional $10 added to overnight charge). Otherwise, the order will arrive on Monday. Next-day air charges will apply.

Cut-off time for next-day shipping:
More than 90% of orders are shipped the same day they're received. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (1:00 p.m. Pacific) will be processed the same day pending credit approval. In most cases, your order should arrive within 1-2 business days via Airborne Express. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST (1:00 p.m. Pacific) will not be processed until the following business day.

Special note: Orders that need to be shipped via UPS must be placed before 3:30 p.m. EST for next-day delivery.

Orders shipped to the states of California, Florida and Utah will have sales tax added to their order totals.

International and territory shipments
For shipments to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam, please note that the customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges.

Our standard shipping method to Guam is UPS Red (Next Day by 10 a.m.). For additional shipping options and rates, please e-mail us at customerservice@shop.jabra.com.

Due to government restrictions, licensing/certification requirements, and telephone network compatibility issues, our products are not currently available for shipment outside of the United States (including Canada). Our products have not been tested for use outside of the United States. Many of our products may not be compatible with the telephone equipment and electrical requirements of other countries.

Backorder policies
Jabra does not currently show inventory levels on site. Notice will be sent by e-mail within 24 hours of backorder status. Shipping prices are unaffected by backorders. If you need an item overnight and you wish to verify if it is in stock please e-mail us at customerservice@shop.jabra.com. Shipping is calculated based on number of days it takes the carrier to deliver the package once it is in their hands, not how many days it takes us to get the product to you. Ordering an item does not guarantee that it is in stock. Orders will be held until the order is complete unless otherwise requested.

Jabra Purchase Order Policy
1.  A purchase order will be required for all open term orders
     being placed over $500.00.
2.  A purchase order will be required for all Government
     (Federal, State, Local) or Educational facility orders
     regardless of dollar amount.
3.  Jabra reserves the right to request additional
     information such as a completed credit application or
     purchase order regardless of dollar amount.
